About the Author

David Daughenbaugh

David Daughenbaugh is a seasoned veteran of life with experience in both the blue-collar and white-collar worlds. His lifelong curiosity and creativity have driven him to explore how and why things work—leading him to develop mechanical inventions and to seek truth through both science and theology.

Raised in the mountains of California, David began his career as a welder after high school. He later moved to Texas, where he worked on a cattle ranch near Corsicana and fell in love with the ranching lifestyle.

Following a call to ministry, David served as a missionary in Europe before returning to the United States to pursue biblical studies, earning a degree in Bible and Theology from Multnomah School of the Bible.

About the Book

Following the Bubbles

For decades, many believers have lived in quiet frustration, caught between grace and guilt, faith and fear, freedom and failure. Following the Bubbles challenges the theology that keeps Christians striving to earn what was already finished.

In this deeply personal and biblically grounded exploration, David Daughenbaugh examines how performance-driven Christianity has distorted the simplicity of the Gospel. Through Scripture, historical insight, and covenant context, he uncovers how misunderstanding God’s nature has led countless believers into shame and spiritual exhaustion.

This book doesn’t offer motivational hype or surface-level reassurance. It rebuilds the Gospel from its foundation through the mind of God. The result? A faith rooted in total forgiveness, an identity anchored in righteousness, and a life free from condemnation.
Not someday. Today.

What's Inside the Book

Inside Following the Bubbles, David carefully unpacks the beliefs that may have shaped your faith without you even realizing it. By revisiting covenant law, the Old Testament sacrificial system, and the imagery of the courtroom, he reveals why forgiveness was never meant to be partial. As the message unfolds, you’ll learn the difference between religious performance and covenant reality, discover what “no condemnation” truly means in everyday life, and how renewed thinking becomes the catalyst for real transformation. Each chapter brings clarity, lifting you from confusion into a steady, confident rest.
